We also offer a wide range of benefit options designed to meet your health, financial, insurance and personal needs and provide you with an extra level of comfort on and off the job. As your needs change, we have the appropriate programs designed to help you, and we provide the resources you need to make the right decision for you and your family.

Compensation benefits
At Grant Thornton, you'll be recognized for your talent and hard work through a competitive bonus program paid out at the end of the fiscal year. Grant Thornton rewards its people through a "pay for performance" philosophy. This means your bonus award will depend on your job performance, e.g. skill development, engagement/project assignments and meeting overall job expectations.
Eligible participants include all active, full-time and part-time (flexible/reduced work arrangement) exempt personnel.
Health, dental, vision and well-being benefits
Medical, dental and vision care coverage is available to eligible employees and their eligible dependents. Costs are paid by the employee through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis.
At Grant Thornton, vacation, sick and personal days are combined into a single Paid Time Off (PTO) bank, designed to give you more flexibility in using your paid time off. The number of PTO days you receive is based on years of service with the firm, organization level and employment status.
In addition to PTO, Grant Thornton offers a minimum of seven paid holidays per year.
