Services include turnaround consulting, advising on formal or informal restructurings, bankruptcy planning, and process management and advising on other corporate financial matters. By developing, designing, and implementing turnaround strategies, we assist companies with improving their operational and financial performance, reorganizing their balance sheet, developing refinancing options, and implementing operational changes required to return to profitability. Our role may include evaluation of strategic alternatives, negotiation with various constituents and stakeholders, or communication of a turnaround or recovery plan with third parties.  The services provided may include business and strategic planning, cash flow management, Chapter 11 planning and management, plan of reorganization development, asset rationalization, DIP financing, claims management, operational improvements, and out-of-court restructuring, among others. We are looking for a Restructuring Senior Manager ? Corporate Advisory and Restructuring Services ? Other recommended designations include CMI, MAI, ASA or AMEA.<br/><br/>-A minimum of six years of progressive state and local tax consulting and/or valuation experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate and public accounting experience.<br/><br/>-Broad exposure to state and local taxes including knowledge in state income and franchise tax, credits and incentives, sales and use tax, with property tax a plus; must be eager to work on a variety of SALT issues.<br/><br/>-Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.<br/><br/>-Outstanding leadership, business development, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.<br/><br/>-Computer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technology.
